In a certain time of an uncertain future, atomers exist. People capable of controlling atoms at will.
Among them, Ion Baker, a 17 year old atomer that was born thanks to the experiments of certain city fights endlessly to find his twin sister who was taken away from him 12 years ago in a critical event that changed the entire planet.
That event released a mysterious type of particle known as Plus Particles, which gave irregularities and abilities to those who came across them creating the ATOMERS
After the event the entire world changed, each continent was dived in state cities controlled by their respective scientific division and those who were against it left
to create hidden towns around the globe.
A single event keeps the world at peace and the union between the cities , an event that test the strength , courage and will of the different warriors of each city.
They have to compete for glory and prizes, an event known as "THE ATOMER CHAMPIONSHIP"
